My name is Isaiah Harris and I am an interdisciplinary generalist, project leader, and strategic advisor. I have spent the last decade in the New York City metro area working alongside leaders and teams across areas including reproductive healthcare, public health, consulting, affordable housing finance, high-impact philanthropy, and higher education administration. Prior to my time in New York, I lived in Philadelphia for several years where I worked at cultural institutions including the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation and the Kimmel Center for Performing Arts.
I hold an MBA, with a concentration in Strategy and Leadership, from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, and a BS in Professional Studies, with a concentration in Technical Leadership and Administration, from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, during my graduate studies, I was an MBA consulting fellow through a joint program led by Marsh, Fisk University, and the National Black MBA Association. My technical experience spans leadership advisory, nonprofit operations, strategic planning, and internal consulting.
Outside of my work, I serve on the boards of Housing Solutions of New York and Shippensburg University’s Alumni Association. I have previously held board roles at Young Nonprofit Professionals of New York (YNPN) and the Spruce Foundation. From 2020 to 2022, I served as Chair of the Association of Fundraising Professional’s NYC Chapter’s Emerging Leaders Committee. I am also active in the New York City chapter of the National Black MBA Association and Council of Urban Professionals communities.
