I partner with mission-based firms, social enterprises, nonprofits, foundations, higher-education institutions, public agencies, startups, and the executives who lead them.
Leaders and teams who can’t justify a full-time senior hire call me when an executive office is stretched passed capacity, to support recruitment efforts, or during a period of major change that requires guidance between vision and execution.
How I’ll work with you
No two leaders or teams need the same thing from me, so I don't show up the same way twice. In some cases, that means being on-call for a leader who needs a trusted, proven sounding board. In others, it means running your office day to day, driving cadence and follow-through, or leading a search until the right person is found. Think of it this way: your needs are the map, and my services are the GPS.
Why me?
I bring over a decade of cross-sector, full-time experience supporting leaders and project teams across fundraising and philanthropy, affordable housing finance, higher education, healthcare, and consulting.
I've served in Chief of Staff and project leadership roles at organizations including Blue Meridian Partners, Columbia University, The Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation, HR&A Advisors, NYC Housing Development Corporation, and Planned Parenthood.
I hold an MBA with a concentration in Strategy and Leadership, and a BS in Professional Studies with a concentration in Technical Leadership and Administration. Maximizing leadership effectiveness and enhancing team dyanmics aren't just my experience, it is also my academic training.
